Freelance medical translator for several years. Prior to that role, I worked for British Rail for several years.
I have a working knowledge of French, German and Spanish, also some Italian.
I am able to read all four languages and am able to communicate reasonably well verbally in French, German and Spanish.
I have a lifelong fascination with Scandinavia, but my only (very brief) visits were to Kastrup (Copenhagen) en route between Germany and the UK.
Just for clarity, I have no knowledge of Finnish!
